Alice established Alice Heiman, LLC in 1997 based on her strong belief that companies can create opportunities for further success through sales process implementation. As a sales process consultant, Alice delivers results by working with a company’s senior executives using her unique combination of experience in sales, sales management, process implementation and facilitation. Foremost, she focuses on redesign, implementation and reinforcement of the sales process, including acquisition, retention and growth of customers.
